Many will take on the appearance of a small motorcycle with a large seat. This will make for a very comfortable ride for most riders. A bigger travel scooter will sometimes have 3 or more wheels allowing for anything that the roads can throw at it. The larger size of a travel scooter will also allow for a bigger battery, giving the customer a longer charge to travel on.
